We tend to hold so much tension on our faces, without even knowing it (teeth gritting, frowning, wrinkling eyebrows). When we let go of the tension on our faces, we can also let go of tension in the mind. Fascinating but true!

Please complete this  1-minute mini survey below asking you what topics or face areas you would like to focus more, so that we can spend more time on what interests you more, and less time on what doesn't. Based on your feedback, we will also select which Face Yoga poses we will do for your workshop.

What to wear?

You can wear anything you feel comfortable in.Pajamas, yoga clothes, evening dresses - whatever is fine! You will not sweat (normally!), so you can proceed to your next appointment without changing. 

The beauty of Face Yoga is that it can be done anytime, anywhere! 

What to bring?

Nothing. Just a sense of humour and open-mindedness! Your personal mirror will be prepared for you.

Please try to be on time so that we have enough time to introduce each other and still cover the contents properly to maximize our workshop together!
