The mission of the Academy was to share the beauty of Japan's distilled spirits with leading Polish Vodka professionals, mixologists and content creators.

Japan Sake & Shochu Makers Association (JSS)
The Academy was generously supported by the JSS, a non-profit organization that consists of Sake and Shochu producers throughout Japan. The Association was formed in 1953, and currently constitutes of 1,696 members, which include 1,410 sake breweries, 273 shochu distilleries, and 13 mirin makers all across Japan.
